Accounts Assistant / Executive (cum payroll)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Update daily accounts, monthly closing, prepare P&L and Balance Sheet
  • ACCPAC Accounting Software (Windows Version) – AP, AR, GL
  • Handles GST and other Statutory Returns
  • Handles payroll for 40 staff
  • Other Ad-hoc Duties
Requirements :
  • Nitec, Diploma in Accounting/Accountancy or equivalent
  • Experience in accounts and payroll
  • ACCPAC Accounting Software (Windows Version) – AP, AR, GL
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Possess interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately and within short notice preferred
  • Able to work on alternate half-day Saturdays
