Delivery Clerk / Assistant

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Main duties include picking up & delivering documents to and from client’s offices
• Ensure all documents coming to and from our offices are transported in a secure manner and held in highest confidentiality
• Update the status of every job being picked up or delivered
• Assist in the general maintenance and upkeep of the office and other adhoc duties
• Assist in copying/printing/scanning of documents
 
Requirement:
• Hardworking individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Physically fit  and able to work under tight deadlines
• Careful and meticulous, cheerful and outgoing personality
• PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
