Accounts cum HR Executive

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Process invoices and prepare payments
  • Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation and closing
  • Full cycle of payroll - staff salaries, CPF, income tax submission
  • Handle work pass applications
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Experience in accounts & HR roles
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Able to work on alternate half-day Saturdays
