Temp Shipping / Account Assistants (5 Days, Central - URGENT

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • To assist Dept, handle phone calls, data entries, admin support
  • To prepare invoice, packing list, shipping documents
  • To handle import and export, liaise with Customer, vendors, shipping agents
  • To perform ad-hoc duties 
 
Requirements:
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Basic Accounting
  • Knowledge of SAP Accounting software
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years related working experiences 
  • Willing to commit 3 months contract.
