Job Overview The candidate will contribute to the development of the sales strategy for the Company and is responsible for building and for the development and execution of sales plans within Vietnam (food & beverage as well as personal care products). He/she will report directly to the General Director.Â
Â
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the organization's short & long-term goals.
- Prepare annual budget, sales operation strategies, plans and manage implementation of salesforce to ensure meeting the set objectives.
- Oversee the overall sales budget, monitor the cost and effectiveness of manpower cost, sales activities to optimize resources & prioritize spending.
- Adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
- Manage distribution network and identify new markets for sales development.
- Transmit the sales related information and policies from Company to Sales Managers and their sales team & agents; ensure their strictlycomplying.
- Analyze sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company.
- Monthly monitor sales and performance of distributors to have timely actions to push sales.
- Build and develop new channels, HORECA, industrial, etc.
- Establish and maintain the favorable relationship with major customers.
- Monitor Sales Team field visiting plans and monthly expenses claims.
- Monitor sell-out by salesmen as well as market behaviours and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable actions.
- Develop effective sales teams; supervise the regional personnel; coordinate Sales Managers’ activities; makes periodic personnel and target reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts for logistic preparation and sales targets for assigned areas.

- Command with Ms Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
Knowledge
- University graduate with Degree major in Economics, Marketing, and Business Administration or relevant with Sales Operation.
- A working knowledge of the food industry
- More than 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 experience years in the same position, i.e. sales manager, in medium-sized companies,preferably in companies with factory or food distribution companies.
