IT Manager (ICT)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Administer the company IT infrastructure.
 
• Ensure compliance to the IT policy.
 
• Review / update IT policy and SOP periodically.
 
•  Maintain IT security.
 
• Source and procure IT equipment, IT solution, IT services, IT suppliers and vendors.
 
• Manage IT vendors and evaluate their performances.
 
• Look into process improvement to enhance operation efficiency and improve the service quality and availability.
 
• Plan and recommend solutions to minimize downtime and maintain / enhance the integrity of IT infrastructure.
 
• Provide guidance and direction to the IT team.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering and / or related certifications.
 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experiences, with minimum 2 years in people management / project management.
 
• Analytical with good problem solving skills.
 
• Good leadership, people management and social skills.
 
• Able to handle fast pace environment and stressful situations well.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm
 
• Location: Raffles Place (Walking distance from MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: $6,000 - $8,000 (Dependent on experience and suitability for more senior roles.)
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
