Snr / Quantity Surveyor

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Candidate with substantial QS experience and managing a team, will be hired as Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Excellent wirtten and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge/Experience in SAP advantageous
  • Meticulous, ability to work as a team and independently.
  • 5 day week. 8.30 am  to 6.15 pm
  • Application is also opened for fresh graduates.
Job Scope:
Key driver for reviewing tender and contract documents
Responsible for setup, implementation and monitor costing plan
Prepares sales order and quotation.
Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement
Any other duties that may be assigned.
