HR Executive (Tai Seng MRT area)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Assist in wide range of HR and Administrative functions.
A) Human Resource Functions:
• Updating of personnel records.
• Welfare, benefits and compensation administration.
• Assist employees with forms & HR procedures.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF Submission etc for less than 35 headcounts.
• Online submission of IR8A / IR21, etc.
• Work pass management, application, renewals, etc.
• Training administration.
• Assist in recruitment matters.
• Monthly HR Reports.
B) Administrative Functions:
• Attend to phone calls, visitors, etc.
• Handle mails & distribution of mails.
• Office maintenance.
• Replenish pantry and stationary supply.
• Renewal of licenses.
• Handle incoming / outgoing shipments.
• Process invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers.
• Assist in tender documents preparation.
• Any other administration duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma with related certifications.
• Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous.
• Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the job.
• Analytical mind with strong problem solving skills.
• Meticulous and good with numbers.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Comfortable to handle wide range of roles with minimum supervision.
• Willing and able to assist in overtime, when required.
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 5.30pm
• Location: North East Area.
a) Tai Seng MRT (Walking Distance in less than 10 minutes.)
b) Ubi MRT Area (about 5 mins travel by bus)
• Remuneration Package: $2,200 - $3,000 (Dependent on experience)
