Admin Assistant (East - Transport Provided) (5 Days - No OTs)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for a wide range of coordination, documentation and administration roles.
 
• Assist in invoice validation and ensure verification accuracy.
 
• Reconciliation of invoice against costing accrual.
 
• Compiling, interpreting and reporting data.
 
• Prepare weekly / monthly and ad-hoc reports.
 
• Coordinate with vendors on any invoice disputes or discussion.
 
• Basic administration roles.
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Similar experience in admin will be advantageous. Trainings provided.
 
• Enjoy working with figures and spreadsheets.
 
• Methodical, accurate and having an eye for detail.
 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 
• Independent yet works well in a team environment.
 
• Must be willing to work at Changi ALPS area (transport provided at Bedok MRT and Tampines MRT area. To and from
work.)
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
• Doesn’t have much OT requirements, but will value assistance when urgently required.
 
 

Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm
 
• Location: Changi ALPS (Airport Logistic Park) Area
 
• Company Transport: Provided at Bedok MRT and Tampines MRT area (To and from work.)
 
• Remuneration Package: $1,500 - $1,800 (dependent on experience) + Attractive Welfare Packages
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
